For supported Ticketmaster and AXS orders, the transfer itself runs through PassMyTicket, connected to PassMyListing. PassMyListing checks the session, shows which seats are transferable, sends them to the buyer, follows the task and records the proof.
- Clear about what can't move. Locked or ineligible seats are marked, and an expired platform login is called out before you send.
- Every other way, tracked too. Ticket links, e-ticket files and hand delivery — with proof uploads — all mark the sale delivered.
- One send, never two. Sending asks for a second, deliberate press, and a running transfer can't be started again.
